The following statements cover the use of material from any Quantel Limited web sites.

Permission is granted with exceptions (below) to use material including images sourced from the Quantel website, where that material is reproduced in its original form and with the following copyright statement made visible and left intact:

Exceptions

• Where an image does not contain Quantel products or the Quantel logo, permission must be sought before redistributing.
• Where an additional copyright statement is provided for a particular item or set of items, that additional statement shall apply.
• Any and all software provided via the website may not be redistributed. License conditions apply to all software downloads.
• The Quantel logos (see Notes to Editors below) may be reproduced without modification. Re-sizing the logos is permitted where the original aspect ratio remains unchanged.
• The Digital Fact Book and any material relating to it may not be reproduced in full or in part.
